		<description>Inselmann is right on! Houston, and Texas for that matter, sustains with an economy of its own. The national forces will influence the Houston market but we&#039;ll just keep plowing forward with or without their support. If we can just get the mortgage industry and banks to start loaning money again the economy will be pre-2008 in no time.</description>
